To formalize the purchase process, the User must complete the following steps:

  • Select the product you want to purchase and press the “Add to cart” button. The User may add more products to the cart before completing the purchase.
  • Once the selection of products has been completed, the User will access their cart in which a summary will appear identifying the selected item(s).
  • In the purchase process, the User may identify him/herself with the data of his/her User account or fill out the registration form if he/she is not yet a registered User. If you prefer, you can also formalize the purchase process as a Guest User.

To place an order through the website, the Client must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract. Likewise, the Customer must have the status of consumer in relation to the items purchased.


You can make a payment using a credit/debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Through this method of payment, DIVLOS does not collect or manipulate any data from the Client regarding their card number. Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes but exclude shipping costs, fees and duties, which will be added to the total amount due at the time the place of delivery is determined.
When the delivery of a product takes place within EU territory, the tax will be applied in the legal percentage in force in the Member State where the merchandise is delivered.
The Client expressly authorizes us to issue the invoice in electronic format, but may still indicate at any time their willingness to receive a paper invoice, in which case, we will issue and send the invoice in said format.


DIVLOS offers clients two safe and fast delivery options:

  • Standard DHL Shipping: Merchandise will be delivered within 3-6 business days of leaving our warehouses. This kind of delivery is free.
  • Express DHL shipping: Merchandise will be delivered within 2-4 business days of leaving our warehouses. This method of delivery has a 20€ cost.

For the purpose of these Conditions, the order’s delivery will be understood to be formalized the moment in which the Client, or a third party duly designated by the Client, acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by the Customer.


Changes and returns in 14 days:
The customer has the right of withdrawal, by virtue of which he/she can return the product received if he/she finds that it does not meet his expectation. The Customer will have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the product, from the time of its reception. In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and maintain all its pieces. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping, custom house chargers and insurance, shall be borne by the client.
The refund will be made once the merchandise’s state has been verified, through the same means of payment used by the buyer and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the reliable receipt of the Withdrawal request. DIVLOS must be the one who manages the collection of the item.
In the event that the products do not arrive in perfect condition for reasons attributable to the buyer, DIVLOS reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order based on the depreciation of the product’s value.

All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include damages caused by misuse or daily wear and tear.
In the event of a defective product, DIVLOS will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. The User must inform DIVLOS of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are in accordance with the contract as long as they meet all the requirements expressed below:

  2. They are suitable for the use to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.
  3. Present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

In the same way, it will be the responsibility of the Client to keep all the information provided to DIVLOS updated, so that it responds, at all times, to their real situation. In any case, the Client will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made, and for the damages caused to DIVLOS or third parties, due to the information provided.
